We step in during the final weeks to confirm vendors, finalize your wedding-day itinerary, and ensure every moving piece is aligned. On the day itself, we oversee the full flow of events—from ceremony rehearsal to tear-down—coordinating vendors, managing transitions, and handling any last-minute needs with ease and discretion.

The Support
This service is designed for couples who have planned their décor and design but want experienced hands to bring it all together on the wedding day.
We collaborate with your florist, décor team, and venue to execute your vision exactly as planned. From signage and guest tables to ceremony details and personal touches, we ensure everything is styled thoughtfully and cohesively — so you can walk into your space and simply enjoy it.

Every wedding is different, so pricing is tailored to your specific needs and level of coordination. Additional considerations may include guest count, venue type, and travel beyond the GTA.
