We take the time to design your wedding and curate the best vendors, so that you can focus on each other. It also includes our presence on the day of to ensure that your day is smoothly executed.
Day of Coordination
Otherwise known as Month of Management. This package is ideal if you’ve done most (if not all) of the planning, but would like someone to step in on the big day. Our goal here is to take over where you left off and become the new point of contact and relieve you of all the final moments of stress. We can start as early as 2 months prior to the wedding day to discuss all the details and begin executing your vision.
Event Day Management
A simple solution to make sure you are simply focused on each other. This flexible package offers you a coordinator to come in the 1 - 2 weeks prior to event to discuss all set up details. A coordinator will be present the day of the event and set up the ceremony & reception, collaborate with other vendors to execute the decor vision, and of course tear down at the end of the evening.
Consultations
An hourly service that is perfect for those that are looking for a little bit more than some “googled” advice. The consultations between you and the coordinator is where you will discuss and received all the necessary tools and information to help execute your event seamlessly. This service can also be upgraded into any of our other packages, if additional assistance is requested.
