The coordinators helped to execute the day in a seamless manner and dealt with unexpected issues - such as a the pianist arriving 30 minutes late to the reception. They made sure that reception got started in a timely manner and that we had enough time to do a cultural entrance.
As well as took the cake out of the reception hall as I was not happy with it (the baker did not deliver the cake I ordered). Overall it was a positive experience and definitely recommend them for your wedding. Coordinators take off the pressure and stress on your shoulders, allowing you to enjoy your day.

I got married this past November 2018 and my husband and I had booked La Vita Events & Co. as the month of/ day of wedding coordinators. I was a little worried hiring someone to help me with my wedding because I knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it to look. Emilia and her team listened to what I had to say and understood the vision for our wedding. They took my
" wedding bible" of vendors, with our contracts and made sure the day went smoothly. I am so grateful and amazed at the perfect job they did. AND yes I did say perfect, a word I do not use often. The day went so smooth, I to this day question if anything went wrong on my wedding day, if so I do not know about it. They handled everything with professionalism. Emilia, Elisa and Kristine each had a role and was able to go over and beyond their listed jobs in the contract. All 3 were life savers and I couldn't imagine the day without them. From attending meetings, helping with church programs, setting up hall/church, holding my makeup and even making a midnight visit in a panic these ladies are truly amazing and you will not regret hiring them. If my husband and I are blessed with children we 100% plan to use them for our baby shower.
